Converse needed a more focused, user-friendly checkout experience. I worked on redesigning the shopping bag and checkout flow, simplifying navigation and reducing friction while balancing stakeholder requirements.
In addition to structural improvements, I contributed to a visual refresh that brought the digital experience in line with Converse’s bold brand identity and target audience.
